I really try to be judicious in describing something as fascism, which can be overused. But Trump has both promised to engage in a “bloody” mass deportation, targeting minority ethnic and racial groups, and to use the power of the state to punish anyone working against his election. That’s fascism
Which one of his fascia's minions wrote that? Everything is spelled correctly and he used skullduggery
"The sanctity of the elections [that I tried to overthrow]" - donald trump
Stir in his explicit alliance with and support of corporate economic power, & it's practically the textbook definition.
Story about “bloody” mass deportation here. And as for the “targeting minority ethnic and racial groups” party just looks at the racist ads and social media his campaign is putting out bsky.app/profile/coac...
If Robert O Paxton calls him a fascist & MAGA fascism, you’re clear to do so as well.
Absolutely right. I presume he gets away with hate speech because the Supreme Court gave him, as former President, immunity? My husband says he read that some public places in Springfield have had to close their doors as a result of threats. And people vote for this a*se hole???
Cheating and skullfuckery? 🤔
Promising to go after people who donate to Kamala Harris is wild.
I see Stephen Miller behind this post. It's far beyond Trump's vocabulary and it's too coherent and grammatically correct. It also has Miller's vicious streak. The creepy little freak is into domination and torture, without a doubt.
"Which can be overused"—That's what the nazis in Germany are saying (again) these days; I'm more worried about the term "fascism" being greatly *under*used in commentary on Trump's stance and mentality.
