I did that once when I was just learning to solder and I carried the scar of it on my finger for next 20 years!

Ha! That just gave me a start, some memory of a strip of white former skin along my finger.

Glad to see they are wearing eye protection, in a color which will make it hard to see what is copper and what isn't.

"What's that smell?" "I dunno, maybe someone is barbecuing? It's making me hungry!"
