Oo-ooh, lemme guess! Neutral buoyancy mimicking early foetal buoyancy in utero??

Or...at least *something*! Could be a different thing, the neutral buoyancy idea might be wrong. But...one thing I'm pretty sure is it is not magic. Negentropy does not "just happen". But oddly, currently the status quo is to assume it does, and give me a weird look when I suggest otherwise.
