A conservative group is placing ballot-sized official-looking return envelopes in people's mailboxes. The envelopes are addressed to The Presidential Coalition in Washington DC, run by former Trump deputy campaign manager David Bossie.

We need FEMA evacuation giga-trains. Our society has to be more resilient than this and not so obviously exposed to single-points of failure. We should always have multiple evacuation modes.
