When my husband passed, i called everyday for 3 weeks to have the hospital bed picked up. It took them a month to bring it due to a shortage. After 3 weeks I quit calling. 8 weeks after he died they picked up the bed. They told be I should have called them so i gave them the phone record & names. 💜
