As I move to RAP-only for UK Biobank I find I am increasingly using GitHub rather than random locations on my servers to store/share code... this is a very positive side-effect in the long term! Does anyone know if I can directly access code on a private GitHub organsation repo from a RAP worker?

This is something that I severely miss whilst working in the RAP. Git integration is essential and I hear that a solution is in the works. Don’t exactly know what it looks like. Or when. The only alternative I am using so far is creating apps rn.

I think the problem was I was trying with the new "fine-grained tokens" rather than the classic "personal access tokens" -- the below works fine for private repos! system("git clone [https://]<personal_access_token>@github.com/repo.git") Many thanks to Lauric Ferrat for pointing this out to me
