It's not like he'll pay a penalty. Harris will win by 30 points in Minneapolis itself, and rural Minnesotans think Minneapolis is a crime ridden hellhole. Trump will lose Minnesota by 5 points.
I live in St Paul and I schlep over to that neighborhood fairly regularly to go to the cafe/bookstore or brewery across the street or the theater or dance hall just down the road. This area is great.

I've learned that unfortunately there is a certain suburban audience to which this kind of message appeals, who thinks there is danger around every corner, and lives in fear of anyone outside their household. It's what drives big SUV sales, after all.
