Gambling should take place on internal decisions, not external outcomes. If we change the way we structure the bets we make in a business, the outcome ends up successful in the long run. I'm working on some experiments that can demonstrate this mechanism.

Building a company for an exit is an outdated model. ESPECIALLY without a guarantee. It's possible to guarantee success when you stop making business all about gambling. But gambling does have a place!

Just had a really funny realization. My AI research has been more easily adopted by the community of writers I'm a part of than it was at an AI startup. That's a sign I'm on the right track.

Currently considering turning an AI agent into a degenerate gambler to see what happens... Should I do it?
