Could a right to remote work stop declining birth rates? | Brookings

Is the most cursed part "One benefit of remote work is that it allows parents to spend more time on childcare and housework" or "join the conversation on X using the hashtag #birthrates"

I’ve worked remote for about 6 years now and I absolutely cherished getting to be there for everything. But also my wife retired to be a mom and maaaaaaybe that is a key ingredient. It’s not like I can work and be a daycare every day. I think remote work helps but isn’t, on its own, an answer.
