Now that both I and my husband are eating less, we need to think seriously about how much food we prepare. We cook six meals a week between us and at this point the fridge and freezer are so full of leftovers it’s a hazard every time we open the door.

Not sure which option I prefer: cooking fewer meals of the usual size and having leftovers once or twice a week for dinner, or cooking the same number of meals but…smaller.
