Rescue an old 10-barrel Peter Austin system, replace the fermenters with Yorkshire squares, and make modern and historic British-style cask beer. (An extension of what I’ve been doing as a homebrewer since the COVID lockdown.)

One thing that's certain in antiques is that things are always more valuable close to where they were made (provided the economy there is in good shape). Old Edward Gorey books sell for a lot around Cape Cod (where he lived for many years).
