Yes to all this! We recently made our website more accessible by adjusting the colour scheme for contrast and as a bonus it’s so much more relaxing to look at for people like us as well!

My Dad always says “do you want a medal or a chest to pin it on?” when we were seeking praise for something we should have done anyway, which (a) is something my granddad and great grandad said and (b) was very confusing to a seven year old.

It’s like marrying a Catholic husband when you are CofE, which she also did, but this is waaaaay more contentious in Australia.

Elliot goes to daycare with his little Port junior member’s bag to be mocked by all the Collingwood and Carlton supporting toddlers. But we stand strong. Never tear us apart and all that.

That’s what we told her! My dad is upset his niece is not Port. My brother brought Elliot Port membership the day he was born and is monitoring the situation closely to prevent this ever happening to another grandchild.
