Second ever Team Training session at the gym today - think circuits, in teams, in clusters of 3 activities, 3 different rounds in pyramid sets. #edugym How’s your holiday gym routine been?

I've as good as sacked it off until September. I like routines and can't get into any sort of rhythm in the summer hols. I've stuck to football 2x a week though.
