Today at the gym. Warm ups then 20kg goblet squats x 8 for 5 sets paired with cable bicep curls. Then 4 x gym lengths on the prowler (sled) paired with seated single-arm rows on cable, 8 each arm, 49kg. Finally 36kg tricep ext on cables paired with 1 min ski-erg for 3 sets. #edugym

Tired today. Didn’t sleep well, had a slightly busier than usual morning then the gym: 35kg bench presses 52kg lat pull downs 20kg goblet squats 7.5kg landmine press 5kg lateral raises Then 8 lengths on the prowler with 20kg on board #edugym How are your pulls/presses going?

Mostly squats at the gym this morning: body weight first round warm-ups, then KB movement warm-up, dumbbell goblet squat to lowered bench seat for 3 rounds x 10 and 3 x 6 e/s split squats as the icing on the cake 🥵 #edugym How are your squats going?
