he lost his hoodie from the swordfighting club that hasn’t been the same since COVID times, so I made this

well they busted senpai on the Q last night
and they took all his feders too
the sword and buckler boys just wanna fight
and they guess any city park will do
up in Harlem there used to be a big old place
but since the plague time things just ain’t the same
they’re fighting German longsword in a ballet space
and a man just can’t find the room to play a dangerous game

maybe everything that dies someday comes back
I’m still on the GEMAC steering committee
but I lost my shirt in Atlantic City
