I read the replies looking for actual answers; idk what I expected my tiny shrinking rural school district that the community loves is about 25% kids who speak Spanish at home, I think it is worth engaging with local electeds and the school admin but idk if anyone yet is actively doing it

we had some efforts to organize against ICE arresting people in my town during the Trump administration, but I am sorry to report that that effort was itself a Problem. the people who were eager to turn out for it were also eager to draw undue attention to vulnerable people in the community
