Forgot to post this yesterday! I made a homemade version of the american classic: hamburger helper! Also added some peas and carrots so it's at least a little bit healthy lol 🍜 (Yes I know that I used the wrong pasta so it isn't "authentic", I'm sorry)
Oh I have heard about freezing! I actually semi-accidentally used it like that once and it turned out to be an AMAZING stirfry! But now I also get like how the freezing thing is supposed to work, tysm!!

Hey, that looks delicious! I just wanted to ask if you kniw a way how to prep tofu if you don't own a tofu press, cause I often end up screwing over my tofu recipes and I think I can blame the way I prep it 😭😭
