Hey, that looks delicious! I just wanted to ask if you kniw a way how to prep tofu if you don't own a tofu press, cause I often end up screwing over my tofu recipes and I think I can blame the way I prep it 😭😭
Not sophisticated but I balance a chopping board over the sink, put another board on top, and put something heavy on top of the other board
