inversely, to allow a loved one to become one of these things in your eyes is cruel. maintaining your boundaries is important not just for you but for everyone in your life that you care about. don't let someone cross an unsaid boundary because you care about them. it will only cause you both pain.
this was a really difficult lesson to learn the hard way
learning this took a lot of effort after a life time of people pleasing, but i’m so glad i did. 🏳️⚧️💖🏳️⚧️
