Update on my bashed toe... Probably not broken after all. Just very badly smashed. The bruising is already fading and the swelling has receded overnight. Still very painful, but feels much better. Hooray!

AARRGGHH! Lunchtime today: tripped & accidentally kicked an outside skirting board corner! REALLY HARD! Think I might have broken my little toe. I’ve broken toes before & this feels/looks the same. And blimey, it’s *PAINFUL* As if I don't already have enough trouble getting around...

Today’s walk: 14 mins And shattered again, like yesterday, with the added joy of my feet going numb towards the end. Nice. [Trying To Get Fit] I am pretty fed up of being “infirm” & I’m aiming to get some *proper* fitness back this year. But... well... <sigh>
Today’s walk: 11 mins ...and absolutely shattered! [Trying To Get Fit] Not walked much in 2024. First few days of January I went out, but since then cold, rain, wind, general health, etc, have limited me to a 6-min & a 4-min walk, both over 10 days ago. Now feel like I’m back at square one... <boo>
