In fact, Chuuya, despite seemingly still asleep, presses ever so slightly into Dazai’s touch. Dazai, who has been frozen since the moment Chuuya moved, is stunned by this. Before Dazai even realizes it, heat rises to his cheeks as Chuuya settles in this new, *much closer* position.

Slowly, the tension bleeds from Dazai’s body as he watches the redheads sleeping form. After a few moments, he concludes Chuuya is *actually* still asleep and not faking it. So, he allows himself to hold his partner's jaw for a little longer, his thumb resting comfortably in its spot on his lip.
