President Emmanuel Macron of France doubles down on his call for an arms embargo against Israel, says that Israeli forces deliberately shot at UN peacekeepers, and said “We all know it. It’s the unique lever that would end it,” at a summit of European and Mediterranean leaders in Cyprus.

Every leader in the world getting morally and intellectually shamed by Macron should commit seppuku. Thats like losing a "have principles" contest to a business school textbook

I am trying to think of the last time a stable nation-state shot at UN peacekeepers, and other than Assad (which is a civil war)… Bosnia in the 90s? I don’t even think North Korea shoots at UN/US/South Koreans troops as long as they’re not crossing the DMZ.
