In all seriousness, it's probably not a good idea to do this exact routine because it'll lead to muscle imbalance. Muscle imbalance can become injury, posture issues...

If I were to make one up... Upper: Bench Press + Incline Bench Press + Decline Bench Press Lower: Squats + Hip Thrusts (aka Glute Bridges) + Leg Abduction + Leg Adduction
