Do you RECOGNISE systemic economic exploitation + lack of professionalism & experience in 2010+Agile? Are you AWARE of the causality of these events? Do you accept RESPONSIBILITY for these events? If you don't like it as it is, what are you gonna do (AGENCY) to bring change and avoid a repeat?
To those using OKRs, I'd ask - why do you believe they work? - why do you believe they gonna work specifically for us? - if this is an experiment, how would you know they actually worked?
OKRs are backwards-looking and future-blind. They tend to sustain and amplify predictive and top-down approaches to work. Few know that the largely publicised OKRs "successes" in Intel and Google were achieved with already successful products with a proven market fit - so they are no proof
