The amount of "In studio will be considered vs Remote" is driving me up a wall. I've done both and all it does is gate keep folks, we learned nothing from COVID and remote work. Someone shouldnt have to upheave their life for 1 role.

My two year art anniversary! In 2021, I was still making basic shapes in Blender and, now, I'm able to make game ready environments in a month. I'm so proud of how far I've come and I cannot wait to see my progress next year :)
