Yes I was overly condensing the problems there apologies, but just signalling that it’s not the end if the Home Office behave badly (with the caveat of daunting / costs and so forth.).

The problems are well outside the limit of any social media posting! Costs and massive delays. If you invoke human rights, then expect a decision to take several years, let alone any legal process.
