I’ve never liked the “any weapon can win” argument when downplaying clear strong weapon picks. Could I bench press with one arm??? YES BUT IT’S HARDER. In the same way an undercover can theoretically win but it would just be harder than meta defining weapons. Games always have winners & losers.
