Omg what the fuck. That sucks. How did you find out, can you actually test that somehow?

I discovered it by eating waaay less than I used to, suddenly what always felt like random acne bursts turned out to be much more deliberate! I'll get a second (hopefully more helpful) opinion soon regarding possible tests bc "fuck around & find out" really ain't the most attractive strategy. :'D
