Half of my direct reports are union and honestly seeing the disparity between the union and non-union benefits, etc, is enough to make me want to organize the other half. What treacherous waters!!

There's nothing like having to fight for your non-union folks to get a measly 3% raise when I clearly see the union peeps already make 20 grand more a year for the same work and aren't subject to the scrappy annual review process on the non-union side.
