Just had talk about BF focus & being productive means maybe* music but no other distractions on one task at a time & mine means tv on for background while also listening to podcast/ audio books and doing several tasks in small bursts. We accomplish the same amount in about the same time though so..
One of the fundamental problems in our society is lack of meaningful work and another is capitalism teaching that it's wasteful to do anything unless it's for money, and you can see alternatives when people get excited about just making a thing
And mostly- 10) Share more with my loved ones.
Creating habits/ setting goals- or 3 7) Daily moment of gratitude. Just taking even 10 minutes a day to verbalize all I am grateful for. 8) Practice self awareness. Especially important when dealing with my mental health. 9) Be present. Less screens. More breathing life.
Creating habits/setting goals- con‘t. 3) 5 hours minimum a week at the gym. A recent knee injury has kept me away but I’m itching to get back. 4) 64+ ounces of water a day 5) always be working on at least one creative endeavor. 6) Be more social. With people. IRL.
