I had to act fast! This was in a high traffic zone in a public building. I was very far from the nearest cup and there's a very good chance she'd be shoe paste by the time I'd come back with one.
Update: one hour after the event, the wound site has a mild, slightly stinging ache. Similar to having a small splinter.
10/10 solid documentation thank you for this incredible thread
Upon reading the list again it seems the scale is more "how hard should you yeet them" in which case that species would probably be more a 2? Sorry, she had to go! I hope she's alright!

In her defense, I found her inside crawling down the hallway in a panic. I made multiple attempts to get her onto my hand. She finally had enough of my shit and latched down on my finger when she grabbed it. I went outside and yeeted her into the shrubwork. No time to get a pic of the culprit.
Really funny how this all happened just a couple of days after Travis McEnery posts a video about this species that says "it's okay to handle them they won't be interested in biting you!" welp
This is the best I can do. It's really hard to supinate my hand in a way that makes this visible and keep it still and keep my camera still at the microscope lens and make sure everything is in focus as I'm shaking* all at the same time. * cause it's hard to hold the position, not for bite reasons
