i find it genuinely crazy just how many unironic die hard simpsons/family guy fans there are

I watched COYOTE VS ACME on the Warner Bros lot in a screening with a bunch of brilliant filmmakers who all thought the studio were insane for trying to kill an excellent finished movie for a tax-writeoff instead of releasing it or selling it to another distributor.

tbh, i view AI art and shit as in the same boat as like...radiation back in the 50s and 60s, a novelty that's more destructive than useful, using actually pretty cool technology that probably will become heavily regulated and basically unusable within the next couple years

so...someone with a broken muffler has just started driving in a huge circle around the block in front of my house, and he's been doing that for like half an hour straight not sure who pissed that guy off, but it's very annoying

idk if anyone else gets this, but does anyone else get crazy back pain specifically whenever they get super bored? because i'm getting that right now :(

UBI is proof that we do not actually care about evidence when it comes to policy, because I struggle to find a better example of something so consistently shown to be beneficial and yet it’s never even brought up as a serious option outside of endless pilot programs that all tell us the same thing
