From Davis's facebook page: To all my friends in Asheville, I need your help. We had 2 feet of water in our furniture store, Davis Home furniture. All of the furniture has been touched by water, but millions of dollars worth of furniture is only water damage and much can be wiped off or cleaned. I have decided to donate the entire inventory to the community of Western North Carolina. This is a $5 million free furniture giveaway. Starting today, we will begin moving the entire inventory out of the building and into our parking lot where anyone can take any item for no cost. $5000 leather sectionals, $6000 complete bedroom groups, $4000 complete dining groups, inventory is free. Bring your own trucks and trailers, rope, and loading supplies,. We cannot stop to help you load or tie, but if it is in the parking lot, it is yours. CONT'D
