I find it deeply frustrating and discouraging as an active Christian myself too. It's like... How did you miss the point so strongly that your belief hinges on how much you can hide behind it like a shield while you use it as an excuse to hurt and hate people

i'm constantly finding myself perplexed by these people. i do so enjoy calling out their hypocrisy as often as i can, though. they can't truly profess to be christians while making such a mockery of the teachings of christ, and i let them know it every time.
