You may have seen images of a Wario plush being sold under the name "Terrorist Louis". I present the most likely sequence of events through which the plush could have ended up with that name.
as someone who studied translation for a while and saw how machine translating can be this... "dangerous", in a senser, it's very curious to see that a meme came from such a case! thanks for sharing!
Sounds like something straight out of Book of Mario
People often say "Mamma Mia!" whenever Mario's franchise is invoked, but I can't think of a better use than when bad machine translating bootleggers calling Wario At Home "Terrorist Louis".
I work in ecommerce and yeah this is probably exactly what happenedI work in ecommerce and yeah this is probably exactly what happened
Case Closed!
Outstanding detective work
If you think about it, the the existence of Dolphins led to this. Dolphin exist -> GameCube's codename is "Dolphin" -> Luigi's Mansion is a launch title for GameCube -> Luigi's Mansion's receives a sequel for the 3DS -> the events listed here. No way it could've happened without dolphins.
Indeed, a very likely scenario outline. And honestly, kinda sad, because "Terrorist Louis": (a) goes extremely hard as a name (b) really should've been a Waluigi plush (c) Or Louie as a secret boss Though Wario absolutely *would* go around owning that moniker. A most fascinating turn of events!
Hahhahaha!
