Yea, editing automated stuff… can work for like… Closed Captions… but only by virtue of the word pacing being the main thing the automation actually accomplishes for ya… & even then it likely only ever worked out for me b/c I also wrote & recorded the script, & therefore knew it by heart.

Translators almost never have the advantage of being THAT intimately familiar with the original text, becoming familiar enough to translate it IS the translation process. Whatever the AI spits out is just gonna be a HUGE distraction. 😨
