This is the first time in years that a Non-US film to win Best Animated Feature. That’s a nice way to say “Welcome back Hayao Miyazaki” Congrats to the Studio Ghibli team and GKIDS for the big Oscar win!

It's sad to me that Nimona didn't win (it was the stronger of the two), but congratulations to Hayao Miyazaki, nonetheless.

I’m so glad it won. I always believed that Studio Ghibli will win this year.

Congrats to Studio Ghibli and Miyazaki for this major win. Even if I haven't seen the movie yet (and I would've preferred Spider verse to win), its still great to see an animated film thats not from the US get this recognition which rarely happens. Either way, both movies deserved the win.
