It’s all a bit weird. He took something that should have been a private legal thing between two companies and made it super super public for basically no good reason.
They subpoenaed his personal phone, but he didn’t have it on him. So the next day he gives authroties the (locked) phone, having just changed the passcode to one he can no longer recall. Oops!
