As a 6’2 person in sales who spends a lot of time in stores, I solemnly nod my head in agreement.
I also pull items to the front if all that's left is on the back of the shelf, in case the next person doesn't have as long a reach as I do.

As a short person I will absolutely not mind if you offer, but alas, I cannot speak for all short people.
