Again, Chinese counterfeit electronic parts are rampant and often come with markings identical to the genuine part. Without further detail I put this story in the "definitely unconfirmed" category.

I have to wonder how this happens, especially considering trade restrictions against Russia. Then again, the surprising ingenuity that corporations whom make profit from war express in insanity and dodging the law...it just...I dunno why but I just...not surprised anymore.
