RIP Kris Kristofferson. 😢 Pomona College grad, former janitor, great songwriter, notorious face puncher of racist rock musicians, and all around good dude. Kris Kristofferson wrote one of my favorite songs (Al Green's rendition of "For the Good Times").
This hurts. He hugged and comforted Sinead O’Connor onstage after she was booed. He wrote some memorable songs (“Sunday Morning Comin’ Down” as sung by Johnny Cash was *mwah*). He was a good dude.

I went to Vanderbilt and lived in a semi-crappy 3rd floor walk-up on Music Row my senior year, allegedly also once inhabited by Kris during his Nashville days. I liked to think the mice were direct descendants of mice he also lived with.
