* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Central and Eastern Lake County. This includes sections of highway 140 east of Lakeview, US Highway 395, and highway 31 between Paisley and north of Summer Lake. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Winds this strong will likely create areas of blowing dust near Summer Lake, which could lower visibilities at times this afternoon. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts will most likely be around 45 mph with only a few areas reaching the 50 mph mark.
