I’ll be focusing on general economic wellbeing/crisez and/or agriculture in industrialized countries. I think Zac focuses on housing and urban infrastructure. I think Leigh Johnson has done work on climate insurance and agricultuee in developing countries.

I’ve been in the index insurance space for agrarian populations. But that is all new and mostly not implemented. My worry is societies that already rely on it for things like property value when it starts going sideways.
