Hi #TeamMassSpec#timsTOF-users Has anyone so far attempted to automatically trigger a first pass DIA-NN analysis of diaPASEF files directly from the HyStar queue?

Generally this is done via PaSER/Bruker Proteoscape which works quite seamlessly via the HyStar queue. The PaSER diaPASEF search is based on an earlier version of DIA-NN making them quite comparable.
