is it something to do with farming conditions/animal feed? because all eggs are made of …eggs and all butter is made of milk so you’d not think there’d be so much difference between locations having said that i’ve got hens and their eggs are better than any i could buy they eat anything + everything

yeah it's 100% the awful factory farming conditions of most american egg production, poor feed and conditions lead to pale yolks with weak flavor. buying the cage free (for usually 2.5x-3x the price!) KINDA addresses the issue but our standards are so low that even the Good Stuff mostly sucks
