Have you used the Apple products or support? I have. I have used all the major platforms and some minor ones. Apple are excellent, especially for the average user.

What an odd question. I've taught web development classes to computer science undergraduates in a lab of Macs. They were not easy machines for the Apple uninitiated in the class. There were a lot of complaints.
