my plans starting in october: - finally start painting miniatures again - finish editing the first few chapters of my new novel - build some more tanks for the flames of war game - print some random board game stuff - clean my gi joe room and make some new comics - get my ass to mars
right after high school, me and my friend worked 2nd shift and hung out at my house after work till 2 or 3 in the morning. while flipping channels, we stumbled upon the movie hard-boiled by john woo on hbo and watched it in amazement, yelling "holy crap this is awesome!' like every two minutes.
one of my posts went "viral" recently. and by that, i mean the post was so bad it gave people the flu.
ever play a video game with a level you had to play 100 times, and when you finally beat it, you weren't even happy? like there was no sense of victory or accomplishment, or even relief, because the level sucked all your enjoyment out of life and now you just hated the game and the entire world?

my very favorite movie of all time was directed by a sexual abuser and also stars a sexual abuser (although of course it didn't come to light until years later), and the sad part is that in recent years that really doesn't narrow it down too much.
they said they'll relaunch on kickstarter next year. i got the impression this was their first one on gamefound and they just expected a bigger result, but cancelling like that is a real cheap move in my opinion.
