I feel like most of the games themselves aren’t really that good if you’ve played more than a few dozen total games. The community was also the main part of fnaf, with the games being a neat basis for that.

also if I combined franchises I would put undertale with deltarune, portal with its sequel, and add fnaf

One thing that inspires me is consuming other media to get ideas. In your case, it would be like playing other games. Maybe you could even revisit some old ones of your own! I’m sure the ideas are there, you just need to draw them out.
