I have two quick questions: 1) can you copy an element like a box so it's easier to keep the sizing the same? 2) do external urls (avail w/ plus) stay corraled in the game or take player outside? like would you be able to redirect them again from there?

1) no, but you can duplicate pages, so doing the-same-but-different on two pages is possible (will add the feature request to the list, tho - it's something I've been thinking about!) 2) external links just open up the new page as the whole thing, like a normal link. (does this answer make sense?)
