The artist/sailor depicts: "my favorite moment in a boat race, the approach to the windward mark... the mondrian colors are supposed to reflect the elements of the scene, the sea, the sun, the sky, the racing spirit of the crew in red.. I drew that ANSI the day I decided to sell the boat, actually."
